Privacy Policy

This page sets out how I, Vadodariya Nilesh Jayantibhai, a freelance software developer working from Surat, Gujarat, India, treat information that reaches me through this website, vadodariyanileshjayantibhai.com. The short version: I ask for as little as possible, and I use it only to reply to you.

What this site collects

There is no login, no newsletter and no advertising or analytics tracking on this website. No cookies are set for tracking or profiling. The only personal information involved is what you type into the enquiry form yourself:

• the name you give
• the email address you give
• whatever you write about your project or question

That form has no server behind it. Submitting it opens your own email application with the message already filled in, which means the details travel to me as an ordinary email. Nothing is written to a database or stored anywhere on this website.

As with any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability. Those logs are the provider's normal operation and are not used by me to identify or profile visitors.

Why I use it

Only to read your message, reply to it, and discuss the work you are asking about. If we end up working together, the same contact details are used to run that project. I do not add enquiry addresses to any mailing list.

Who else sees it

I do not sell, rent, trade or hand over your information for marketing. Since your message arrives as email, it passes through the email providers that carry it — that is unavoidable for any email, and those providers handle it under their own terms.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails stay in my mailbox while the conversation is live and, if we work together, for as long as I need records of that project. Ask me to delete our correspondence and I will.

Your rights

You can ask what information of yours I have, ask me to correct it, or ask me to erase it. Use the contact details below — no particular format is needed, a plain email is fine.
